How it works, selling surplus stock to PriceMart

Four steps, end to end.

Send us the spec

Email or use the form on the manufacturers page. Send: EAN list (or product names + sizes), case pack and pack-per-pallet, total volume in pallets or cases, best-before dates per SKU, pickup country and warehouse, target price if you have one. PDF, Excel, photo of a delivery note, whatever you have. We don't need a polished offer pack.

Firm offer within 24 hours

We evaluate the stock against active demand across our retail and food-rescue network. If we can place it, we send a binding offer with price, pickup terms, and settlement details. No "let me check around" delays. Yes, or a specific reason no, usually fit, BBD, or location.

Contract and collection

You accept the offer, we send a short purchase order with our standard terms. Our transport partner books the collection, typically within five working days, sometimes faster on time-critical BBD. We handle export documentation (T1 / EAD), palletisation if your pallets are non-standard, and any repacking on our side.

Payment and reporting

Settlement on agreed terms. Standard is 14 days against goods received and inspected; prepayment is available for new counterparties or sensitive deals. On request, we report back the tonnage diverted from disposal so you can include it in ESG and CSR reporting.

What a typical week looks like.

A representative deal, from first email to settled payment:

Day 1

You send the spec. We acknowledge within a few hours, ask for any missing details (typically just BBD per SKU if it wasn't in the file).

Day 1–2

We send our firm offer. You review internally and either accept, counter, or decline. If you counter, we re-quote, usually one round, sometimes two.

Day 3–5

Acceptance signed. Our transport team books the collection slot with your warehouse. Documentation prepared on both sides.

Day 5–10

Truck on your dock. Pallets loaded against signed delivery note. Goods received at our warehouse within two to seven days depending on origin. Settlement triggered.

Faster is possible. We've moved a multi-pallet deal in 48 hours when the BBD window was very tight. Slower is also possible if the deal is complex or large.

Clear up front, no surprises.

Standard: 14 days against goods received and inspected at our warehouse.

Prepayment: available for new counterparties, smaller deals, or time-sensitive transactions.

Established suppliers: 30 days on request.

Currency: EUR by default; GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK, PLN possible on request.

Bank: standard SEPA transfer; SWIFT for non-EUR.

VAT: intra-EU reverse charge where applicable, standard rules otherwise. Our VAT ID is on every invoice.
