Four steps. Most established retailers are onboarded and receiving the weekly stock list inside one business day. First delivery typically within a week of first order.
Send us the basics about your business via the form on the retailers page: company name, country, business type (discount, regional, food rescue, wholesaler), categories of interest, typical pallet volume, and the markets you sell into. We verify VAT and food-trade credentials and open your account, typically same day for established retailers.
Once your account is open, you receive our current stock list (PDF or Excel). It's also sent weekly to active accounts as new stock comes in. SKU-level detail: brand, pack size, case pack, pallet quantity, BBD per lot, wholesale price.
Reply to the list or email your category rep with what you want. Pallet-out, half-pallet, mixed pallet, depends on volume. We confirm availability, send a pro-forma invoice if it's your first order, then a final invoice once payment terms are agreed.
EU-wide delivery on our trucks or via partner carriers. Standard turnaround three to seven working days from order. Express options on time-sensitive BBD windows where the stock is moving fast. Delivery to your warehouse, distribution centre, or, for smaller retailers, direct to store.

14 days net once you have a settled order history with us. 30 days on request for high-volume retailers with strong references.
EUR by default. GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK, PLN on request. We invoice in the agreed currency; FX moves are not our problem or yours.
Intra-EU reverse charge where applicable. We need your valid EU VAT number to apply it. Our VAT ID is on every invoice.
Most of this we collect through the account opening form. We'll come back to you if anything is missing.
Western, Northern, and Central Europe by default, DE, FR, NL, BE, IT, DK, SE, NO, FI, PL, AT, plus Iberia. Other destinations on request.
3–7 working days standard from order confirmation. Express options for tight BBD windows. We commit to specific delivery windows once the order is placed.
Full truck, part-load, single pallet, mixed-category pallet. We'll consolidate orders for smaller retailers if you have a regular weekly slot.
Delivery to your distribution centre, warehouse, or, for smaller buyers, direct to individual stores. We'll quote based on your routing.
The form takes two minutes. We come back within one business day with your account and the current stock list.
