# PriceMart

> European wholesale distributor of branded grocery. PriceMart buys surplus and close-to-best-before stock from food manufacturers across the EU and redistributes it to retailers across Northern Europe.

PriceMart SL is a Barcelona-registered food trade business (Spanish company registration B72584592, VAT same). The company operates on both sides of the European branded-grocery market:

- **Supply side:** buying overstock, close-to-best-before (close-to-BBD), discontinued SKUs, surplus production runs, and customer cancellations directly from manufacturers and brand owners, EU-wide. PriceMart is the buyer of record (not a broker, not a listing platform). Standard payment terms are 14 days against goods received, prepayment for new counterparties. Pickup typically within five working days of acceptance.
- **Demand side:** supplying discount retail chains, regional supermarkets, wholesalers, food rescue networks, and online retailers with branded confectionery, snacks, beverages, ambient grocery, pet food, and seasonal lines at 30–60% off retail list. Categories rotate weekly with surplus supply; brands include Haribo, Ferrero, Mars, Mondelēz, Nestlé, Storck, Pladis, Bahlsen, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Red Bull, Mars Petcare, Nestlé Purina, and many others.

The mission is to redistribute branded grocery that would otherwise be destroyed at the manufacturer because of BBD pressure, over-production, or discontinuations. Every pallet bought is one not sent to landfill or incineration.

PriceMart serves at least 12 European countries: Spain (HQ), Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Austria.
